Depuis la signature d'un bail d'emphytéose en 2024, la société par actions Curling Mont-Bruno Inc existe toujours mais la gestion du club est maintenant assurée par l'OBNL Club de Curling de St-Bruno. La société par actions appartient toujours à ses quelques 400 actionnaires. Comme auparavant, tout actionnaire peut donner son action à la société ou demander son rachat au prix nominal de 100$ en communiquant avec la secrétaire de la société au [email protected].
Since the signing of a 2024 leasehold, the joint-stock company Curling Mont-Bruno Inc still exists, but the management of the club is now handled by the non-profit organization Club de Curling de St-Bruno. The joint-stock company still belongs to its approximately 400 shareholders. As before, any shareholder can give their share to the company or request its redemption at the nominal price of $100 by contacting the company secretary at [email protected].

Over the years, Curling Mont-Bruno Inc has lost track of about 140 shareholders for various reasons (death, moving, etc.). These 'lost' shareholders are clearly identified in the shareholder list.
